Font - This is an oldie, but one of my personal favorites in terms of petty revenge. My college dorm, like many others, had shared laundry spaces with a bunch of students. You put $1 in coins in and got 48 minutes of dryer time. It's worth noting that the dryers really sucked and very rarely fully dried your clothes after the 48 minutes and when the timer finished, you could only pay by another full 48 minutes. However, if you added an extra quarter while it was still running, you could get an e

Font - My alarm rings, and I go to the laundry room, only to find my clothes soaking wet on top of the machine and someone else's laundry in the machine with over 48 minutes on the machine timer. Now I don't know what this person was expecting, but let me assure you, I took the rest of the extra dry time on the machine and she came back to find her soaking wet clothes scattered aIIIIIIII over the floor. And by all over the floor, I mean ALLLLL. over the floor. Underwear between machines.... Oh i

Font - 87catsinatrenchcoat - 1 day ago I would always babysit my clothes. My dorm had a table and chairs so you could bring your laptop to study. One time, I sat across the table from a guy who was hand- making chainmail with a set of pliers. I miss college, lol Reply Share 756 Zero Penguin Party +1 - 21 hr. ago My university accommodation had a rec room right next to the laundry, so I would just go and watch tv, and keep an eye on anyone entering the laundry

Font - Nancy Drew1932 +1 21 hr. ago I admire you! That's great revenge. I always guarded my laundry religiously in the dorm room because I'd heard horror stories about stolen or ruined clothes. My only college laundry adventure happened when I was a freshman. A cute boy (that I had a secret crush on) was in the laundry room with me and there was only one open washer. He asked if he could share my washer. Thrilled, I said yes! (I found it thrilling that our clothes would be mingled together in th

Font - So imagine our surprise when we pulled out our laundry from the washer and everything in it was PINK, including all of his underwear and socks thanks to the red nightgown that I'd thrown in with all of our whites.

Font - vampyrewolf 20 hr. ago Lived in an apartment building that had 2 washers and 2 dryers per floor, 4 floors. If I didn't sit there and read while my laundry went through, it was all but guaranteed that I'd come back to wet clothing stacked on top. Couple times I had to go home, all of 3 units down the hall, and in that 5min someone would f with it. Favorite was putting thier laundry behind the machines in all the dirt and dust, putting mine back in. "Where'd my load go?" "No idea, mine's be

Font - Font_Snob 23 hr. ago My favorite revenge was to put the Dryer Thief's clothes back in a washer and start it. It cost me a little, but was worth it.

Font - DRUMS11 At my first college I had pretty good luck with the laundry rooms: if you left your stuff in the machine more than 10 minutes or so after it was done it may end up on a folding table; but people were otherwise chill. +1 - 1 day ago . My 2nd time through college (I concluded I hated my major halfway through senior year and decided to finish, etc.), different school, I quickly learned I had to babysit my stuff. At least that school had roomy laundry areas, as opposed to a packed roo

Font - nerdyviolet 1 day ago A classmate had bleach dumped on his clothes while they were on the washer. Ruined everything. This happened early on in my college days so I babysat my clothes with some homework after hearing that.

Font - lolf no +4 14 hr. ago . I once came back to the laundry room to a similar situation, it had been happening a lot and we all knew who it was but the RAS wouldn't talk to her without proof. So when I returned to the laundry room one day to find my clothes absolutely soaked and in a pile on the floor, I put her warm and nearly dry clothes in sink and turned the tap on. Then left a note on the bulletin board above that said "B". It didn't change her laundry habits but it felt good.

Font - majones118 . 9 hr. ago When I was in college and when I worked security there, the most common thing was laundry theft. Had to go to a guys room to ask about a pair of sweats he took from the laundry room on camera. Of course he said he didn't have them, but later that day they showed up in his clothes and it was "a gift from a friend"
